Kerala's own team for Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2012 - AMMA’s Kerala Strikers has launched its website and theme song in the internet. The official web site of the Kerala celebrity team, Kerala Strikers, was launched by actor, producer and director Thyagarajan. The website is available at the url www.keralastrikers.in and is hosted on behalf of Metromatinee.
The website offers information regarding the team, players, fixtures, fan page, gallery with photographs, videos, wallpapers.
The Celebrity Cricket team from Kerala, the Kerala Strikers, has been promoted by Super star Mohanlal, former actress and wife of director Priyadarshan Lizzy Priyadarshan and the business tycoon from Chennai P.M.Shaji in association with AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists). Mohanlal is the captain of the team and Indrajith is the vice captain. Other players include Kunchacko Boban, Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Manikuttan, Bineesh Kodiyeri etc.
The team will play their first match in Kerala on 22nd January 2012 at Jawaharlal International Stadium, Kaloor Kochi at 2:30 pm.
